How to Make a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Shippingvictoria Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about any of these:

• How your call or contact with Shippingvictoria Septic went
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Shippingvictoria Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@shippingvictoria.property and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
